Amazing and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rooms were nice. Overall great stay for a wedding in the area. Huge thanks to the front desk staff afternoon of Aug 30. Honestly best customer service we’ve had this year over countless Hilton stays. Thanks so much!

The breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly-Kami, Ariana, and Caroline gave us some great recommendations for our visit! Alex and the GM at check in were great. Relaxing at night in the outdoor hottub in the snow was amazing!

This was such a cozy place. Wish there was a pool but the hot tub was like a heated pool almost. The service was great from everyone we encountered. The girls from the cafe, Ariana and Amber were so sweet to my family. Would come back again during the winter

I stayed here Thanksgiving weekend. Overall decent hotel in a good location (not ski in/out but a very short drive to mountain). Near most restaurants and hotel rooms good for a short skiing stay. Lobby area is nice and ample parking although charging for parking here seems cheap to me. We did have an issue where our shower was only lukewarm throughout our stay which was frustrating.

This place is amazing!!! Such friendly staff!!! The room was so comfy and clean! Breakfast was incredible!! You can’t leave here without eating pancakes and the most delicious Vermont maple syrup over a game of battleship or one of the many board games provided in the main hall. This has truly been the best experience!!! Alex, the concierge, was so welcoming and friendly and made us feel so special. Our waitress this morning, Amber, was so sweet and sociable and was one of the best servers I have ever seen! She mentioned the two Colombian women who prepared the food this morning. A huge shout out to these amazing chefs! Absolutely phenomenal meat lovers omelet!! Overall the most amazing experience. You can not visit Vermont without staying here!!

Nice hotel at a good price. We stayed three nights here on fall break in Vermont and loved the views of the mountains and foliage from our room. The hotel seemed old but mostly well-renovated, making it feel new, with a very cozy lodge vibe in the lobby. During the app check-in, my dad accidentally selected the wrong room from the one we booked, but despite it not being her fault, the manager offered us free dinner vouchers for the trouble. Location is great and super close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Killington Mountain Lodge. The hot tub was a huge highlight—perfect after a long day on the mountain. What really set this place apart, though, was the exceptional service. Jeff from maintenance was absolutely the best. We had a TV issue, and he responded quickly, was incredibly friendly, and had it fixed in no time.

On New Year’s Eve, I found myself in need of an emergency hotel room in Killington at 2:00 a.m., and Todd went above and beyond to help. Not only did he find an available room, but he stayed on the line with us through several logistical issues and waited until we were safely on-site and checked in before ending his shift. This level of care would be exceptional on any day, but receiving it in the early hours of New Year’s Eve was truly remarkable. Todd’s kindness and dedication made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I’m incredibly grateful for his outstanding service.
